Sep 19Airlines are cruel, harsh mistresses, and as of October 11th of this year C will start commanding his own seat and full fare when we fly.
Ouch.
YEE-ouch.
So while he’s still a youthful (and cheap) under-two, we are going for one last hoorah: a nice long trip to Costa Rica to see my mom and sister and friends and family who have all been deprived of the Blessed Child too long.
That means as of today, this lady and this little criminal will be living the life in Costa Rica, spoiled by family and friends alike. The blog will be updated 3 times a week plus photos. We’ll be back in California before you know it.
¡Pura vida!
PS: If anyone needs coffee, Salsa Lizano or any other Costa Rican goods, speak now and I may be able to make them happen!

Mmmmmm coffee! I swear up & down your pictures always turn out looking like magazine ads! Just now u 2 look like u were shooting 4 vans. Too cute. He really does look like a baby model & im not sayin that 2 b nice, thats not in my nature…lbvs… Enjoy your much needed vacation, u lucky lady. #totallyenvious

Oh oh, I would LOVE some coffee, if you could manage it!!!! I went for vacation 12 years ago, and I had to buy and extra suitcase to bring home the coffee for me and my dad.
