Reason #78 – I let my baby play in a radioactive dump
Reason #78 – I let my baby play in a radioactive dump
Sep 02Today, I will let pictures do most of the talking, because there is not a lot I can say to make this sound worse than it looks:
No points for finding at least 6 dangerous things about this scenario: we have the plastic bags for potential suffocation, the highly toxic Styrofoam, countless choking and allergy hazards…
…but why radioactive, you say?
Because after half an hour playing in the toxic dumpster, C and the incredible Adi mutated into the Cardboard Pirates of Doom!
Hey, I never promised a clever blog.

aww darn it, i was really hoping to see a babe playing in a radioactive waste dump- it would have made me feel so much better about the state of my house. ;)

I’m afraid the radioactivity doesn’t show in regular photography. But trust me, there was plenty! ;)

Dude! (I’ve been calling you this a lot I realize, but you seem like a dude sort of girl)
That is the most freakin’ adorable photo EVER! I LOVE IT!
All in the name of good fun, it’s not like you were letting him play with knives. You WERE watching him, right?
Also, this blog is a terrific source of helpful hints for what NOT to do. I didn’t know styro foam was toxic, apparently I was raised living under a rock. But now I do, which may save a child’s life in the future. You are SO a life saving blogger. I think there’s an award for that somewhere…

If it isn’t toxic, it should be, because it’s So. Much. Fun.
Watching? I was taking pics!

So funny! I love the head band! I actually have a series of pics of my first son doing the same thing. Only he spread it all over the living room as he dragged the box behind him!

And by “them” I imagine you mean both C and his sterling sitter? I had a harder time getting her out of the toxic pit than getting him out, that’s a fact!
